Don't throw it away: repair it

We know what you are looking for, the quality and speed of our interventions are non-negotiable. Many of the interventions are performed on the same day. We know how to work fast without losing any quality.

In less than 1 hour we will change your broken screen.

Please note that we have to have the replacement for your broken screen in stock. The replacements for black and white phones, being the most common, are always in stock. On the other hand, if your phone has a pink screen, we will probably have to order specific replacements, so the repair may take a little longer.

Our repairs come with a 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects. The legal regulation says that any repair has to have at least 3 months warranty, but we give you 6.

Even so, the warranty would be invalidated if:

• The equipment has been manipulated by personnel external to SpazioPhonPlanes y preciose.

• The device is broken, has been dropped and/or has been tampered with.

• The equipment shows misuse, such as scratches, cracks, dents and/or twisting.

• The device has been wet or has been in contact with moisture.

We always use original spare parts, although we also have other non-original but high quality spare parts, so you can choose what best suits your pocket.

In case your device cannot be repaired, we will inform you immediately by phone or email.

Remember that in the event that we are unable to repair your device, no service charge will be made.

If you have made the repair request through our website, we will refund the amount you paid.

Without an appointment in our stores, just come to repair your phone or tablet and in less than 24 hours we will have it ready. Except for special repairs where special spare parts need to be ordered.

For express repairs it will take one hour maximum.
