At SpazioPhone we specialize in screen and home button replacements, as well as power button fixes. We also repair headphones, speakers, microphones, charging ports, batteries and much more.

We know what you are looking for, the quality and speed of our interventions are non-negotiable. Many of the interventions are performed on the same day. We know how to work fast without losing any quality.

In less than 1 hour we will change your broken screen.

Please note that we have to have the replacement for your broken screen in stock. The replacements for black and white phones, being the most common, are always in stock. On the other hand, if your phone has a pink screen, we will probably have to order specific replacements, so the repair may take a little longer.

Our repairs come with a 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects. The legal regulation says that any repair has to have at least 3 months warranty, but we give you 6.

Even so, the warranty would be invalidated if:

• The equipment has been manipulated by personnel external to SpazioPhonPlanes y preciose.

• The device is broken, has been dropped and/or has been tampered with.

• The equipment shows misuse, such as scratches, cracks, dents and/or twisting.

• The device has been wet or has been in contact with moisture.

If the device still carries the manufacturer's warranty, any repair service at a SpazioPhone store will invalidate it.

However, it is important to note that for any repair service, SpazioPhone stores provide an additional warranty valid in any of our stores.

We always use original spare parts, although we also have other non-original but high quality spare parts, so you can choose what best suits your pocket.

Yes, all our repair prices are already indicated on a PVP basis, i.e. VAT and labor included.

At SpazioPhone we will help you with the configuration of your device, sale of accessories, unlocked cell phones and sale of gadgets. In addition, you can contract with us the telephone and fiber service in your home with the company O2.

If you need a good all-round telephone service, don't hesitate to visit us!

In our physical stores, you can pay for the repair in cash or by credit card. The in-store service is charged when the mobile device is already repaired. 

In the event that we are unable to repair your device, no service charge will be made.

If you make a repair through our web portal, you will have to pay in advance and by credit card. If for some reason you do not have a credit card, please contact us and we will find another method of payment. 

In case your device cannot be repaired, we will inform you immediately by phone or email.

Remember that in the event that we are unable to repair your device, no service charge will be made.

If you have made the repair request through our website, we will refund the amount you paid.

At SpazioPhone we focus on convenience for our customers. You can come to our stores and together we will find the best option for you. And if you can't come to any of our stores, remember that we also have a pick-up and delivery service in Barcelona.

Without an appointment in our stores, just come to repair your phone or tablet and in less than 24 hours we will have it ready. Except for special repairs where special spare parts need to be ordered.

For express repairs it will take one hour maximum.
